The legal department is committed to ensuring the complete security of the transaction from start to finish. We will prepare the following:
Proposal of intent with guarantees and commitments
Bank lien verification of the aircrafts
Purchase agreement
Change of ownership structure in the aircrafts registration decision
Export certificates, airworthiness certificate

Finance department
